Hello, I’m Claire, a passionate Technopreneur dedicated to innovation, technology, and building impactful solutions.

Experienced Product Owner and Scrum Master with 5+ years in the SaaS industry, including 5 years as a Software Engineer, with expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Over the past 5 years, I've had the privilege of supporting multiple teams and organizations to deliver value iteratively by advocating Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments. My role also involves aligning team efforts with business goals, ensuring stakeholder transparency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

I began my career as a Software Engineer, which has given me a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the development process. This allows me to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are not only feasible from a technical standpoint but also aligned with broader business objectives.
